After more than twenty years as a manager in international holding groups, fascinated by the impact leadership has both on those who exercise it and on those who are subjected to it, I decided to study it, share it and train it. Inside companies and beyond. Today I work alongside C-levels and entrepreneurs, doctors and start-uppers, managers and writers to help them become the best version of themselves. I teach leadership at IED and I devote part of my time to pro-bono projects for the development of female leadership, which I simply call leadership, because leadership has no gender, it has energy.

Over the last 25 years I have worked first as a manager, then as an executive and finally at C-level for Italian and multinational companies in marketing, publishing and advertising. Along the way I came to understand that what I was most passionate about was helping people discover who they want to be and find a way to get there. Today I work full time training and coaching entrepreneurs, stars of the international music scene, designers, neuroscientists, farmers, managers and human beings of every kind.
